Tell us what you want to know from every call.In plain English.
It will be in your CRM before the caller has put their phone down. Not a recording for somebody to listen back to, and not a paragraph of notes. Fields, on the record, ready to filter and act on.

point sentiment scale
Nobody has ever gone back and listened to the call.
The recording is kept, the summary is skimmed, and the detail that would have won the job stays in an audio file nobody opens. What was actually said is only useful if it arrives as something you can filter, sort and act on.
Six groups you never have to ask for.
This is what lands on every analysed call in every account, with nothing set up. Your own questions go on top of it, not instead of it.
| Group | What is captured |
|---|---|
| Identity | Name, telephone, email, address and postcode, split into first and last name, mobile and home, town and county wherever the conversation gives them. |
| Preferences | What they actually want, the best time to reach them, and any callback preference they stated out loud. |
| Complaints | Concerns, objections, and anything raised as a problem rather than a question. |
| Payment details | Optional. Payment method and references where they were discussed on the call. |
| Outcome | A written summary, the call outcome, and sentiment across positive, neutral, negative, frustrated and angry. |
| Signals | Explicit detection of not interested, disqualified, do not call, appointment confirmed, decision maker status and whether qualification finished. |
Call history is deliberately not on that list. Caller memory tracks it automatically on every caller, so nobody has to configure a field to remember that somebody has rung before.
Ask what you would have asked,if you had the time.
Write the question the way you would say it out loud. Give it a type so the answer stays usable downstream. Up to 15 active fields per scope, enforced at analysis time, with the interface warning you when you go over rather than silently dropping the extras.
Four types, not free text
Text, Yes / no, Number, List. A question answered as a number can be filtered, summed and reported on. The same question answered as a paragraph cannot.
Two scopes
Account wide, plus an optional per-agent override. A sales agent and a support agent can extract entirely different things from the same platform.
New calls only
Changing the schema never rewrites history. Every result records the schema and instruction version it was produced under, so an old record stays interpretable.
It already knows what your trade asks.
These are not generic fields with different names on them. Each module is written in the vocabulary somebody in that trade would actually use, and arrives switched on.
A dental agent asks about facial swelling because that is a triage symptom. An estate agent’s asks whether a property was inherited and whether there is a family dispute, because that is what determines the sale. Nobody configures either of those. That is what it means to say the system understands your industry.
Matched to a real record, not just noted as a mention.
The industry modules do not only ask better questions. They are handed the account’s own records first. A rental account’s analysis receives the actual property list, with names, types, addresses, capacities and nightly rates, so the model can resolve a caller to a specific property rather than noting that a villa came up.
For several trades, it does not stop at reading.
A rental call carrying high-confidence booking intent creates the booking, the lead and the follow-up task in the same pass that extracted the fields. Extraction and action are not two jobs with a queue between them.
Where a module acts, its health is recorded per call, so a module that quietly stops returning what it should becomes visible rather than degrading in silence. What happens for every account, on every call, is covered in Call Actions.
For the person who will ask how it is run.
Most buyers will skip this section. The one who does not is usually the one who signs.
| Aspect | How it works |
|---|---|
| Cost, per call | Analysis cost and token counts, and separately the language model, text to speech, speech to text and telephony cost. What the call cost to run, not just what it was billed at. |
| Pinned models | Exact model versions rather than moving aliases, so quality and price never change because a vendor repointed a name. Upgrading is a decision somebody makes. |
| Tiered by stakes | A cost efficient model does general analysis. Veterinary triage steps up to a stronger one, because the consequence of a miss is different. |
| Retry and repair | Attempts, status and errors are tracked per call, and a call can be analysed again against an updated schema. |
| Versioning | Every result records the schema and instruction version it was produced under, so an old result stays interpretable. |
| Module health | Recorded per call, so a module that quietly stops returning what it should becomes visible instead of degrading in silence. |
An exact version rather than a moving alias means quality and price never change because a vendor repointed a name overnight. A model upgrade is a decision somebody makes, with the cost visible before and after, rather than something you discover in a bill. The sentiment scale stays ours too:
What it removes from the day.
Nobody listens back
Whatever you would have listened for is already sitting in the record as a field.
A CRM that fills itself
Details, preferences and objections land as structured values, not as a note somebody has to read.
Ask your own questions
Fifteen fields per scope, written in plain English, with no developer in the loop.
Built for your trade
Nine industries arrive already knowing what to ask, and are given your real records to match against.
What people ask before they turn it on.
AI call analysis reads the transcript of a finished call and turns it into structured fields on the record, rather than leaving a recording for somebody to listen back to. Sysevo captures identity, preferences, complaints, an outcome summary and sentiment on every call without any configuration, then adds whatever you ask for on top and writes the result to the CRM.
