Sysevo

The whole platform

Everything Sysevo does,on one page.

Most people find us looking for an AI phone agent. That is one of five doors in, alongside forms, booking links, email and anything posting to a webhook. Behind all of them is the system that does everything an enquiry creates, so the work lands finished rather than as a note somebody has to action later.

One call sets off nine things.

Each step hands the next one what it needs, which is why none of it has to be re-entered by hand.

  1. They reach you

A call answered around the clock, or a form, a booking, an email or a webhook.

    Voice Agents · Inbound

  2. It gets read

Summary, sentiment, outcome and the fields you defined, on every call.

    Call Analysis

  3. The person is matched

Recognised across calls, emails, forms and imports, or created new.

    Contacts

  4. The record fills itself

Contact, lead and timeline written without anyone typing them up.

    Leads · Pipeline

  5. The work is raised

Booking, task or reminder created from what was actually agreed.

    Calendar · Tasks

  6. The paperwork goes out

Quote, proposal or form sent while the conversation is still warm.

    Quotes · Proposals · Forms

  7. It gets signed

Contracts and NDAs signed on a branded page, filed when they come back.

    Contracts

  8. You get paid

Payment link or checkout, then the invoice and the ledger entry.

    Payments · Finance

  9. Nothing goes cold

Follow-up sequences and review requests fire on their own.

    Sequences · Reputation

Inbound

Every route in is one of five doors in.

A call, form, booking, email or webhook lands in the same inbound queue as every other route in. Whoever is on it works one list rather than checking five places.

Voice agents

Somebody rang your number, or pressed the call button on your website. The transcript, the summary and what they actually wanted come with it.

Booking links

They booked a slot themselves, so the enquiry and the appointment arrive together.

Forms

A published form or one embedded in your own site. Every answer they gave is on the record.

Email

An enquiry that arrived in the inbox, read and filed like the rest rather than sitting unread.

Webhooks

Anything else that can make an HTTP request: a portal, a marketplace, a chat widget, your own software.

One script on your website

Drop the embed on your site and a visitor gets a call button, a chat launcher, or both from the same launcher. Set the label, the position and the colour to match your site. Configure neither and it renders nothing at all.

  • Call button
  • Chat launcher
  • Your label
  • Your position
  • Your colour

Each channel is yours to name, colour and order. Rename one and nothing about how it behaves changes.

Every screen you get

The calling half, and the bigger half.

One half is the agents and the calls they make. The other, larger half is everything those calls turn into. Not add-ons, not a marketplace: the same login, on the same account.

Underneath all of it

Six things that are not screens.

These never appear on a feature list because you cannot click them. They are the reason the rest of the platform behaves like one system instead of a folder of tools that happen to share a login.

Call analysis

Reads every call and produces the summary, the sentiment, the topics, the outcome, the action items and whatever custom fields you defined for your industry.

Identity resolution

Decides whether the person who just rang is the same one who filled in a form last month, across calls, emails, forms and imports, with a review queue for the cases it is not sure about.

CRM projection

Turns analysed calls into contacts, leads and timeline entries. This is the thing that means nobody types up a call.

The post-call action engine

Fires tasks, appointments, emails, payment links, forms, document shares and review requests once a call ends. Internal actions run themselves; anything that reaches the customer waits for approval unless you say otherwise.

Caller memory

An append-only ledger of facts about each caller, optionally shared between agents, so new information supersedes old and nothing is quietly erased.

Suppression

One register of numbers that must not be dialled, fed by dispositions, guest relations and decisions your team makes by hand.

Seen from outside

Your customers never log in.

A good deal of the platform faces outward, carrying your branding rather than ours. None of it asks the person on the other end to create an account.

Booking pages

Your own link, your availability, the appointment straight into the calendar.

Forms

Hosted at their own branded URL or embedded in your site.

Payment checkout

Payment links and embeddable widgets, with the ledger entry filed behind them.

Proposals and quotes

Branded live links, optionally password-protected, with analytics on what they read.

Contract and NDA signing

A signing page carrying your logo and colours, no account required.

Your review page

Where the review requests point, and where the reviews collect.

Vault shares

A link to a document, with a password, an expiry and a download rule.

Industry pages

Excursion and rental listings, event ticketing, restaurant storefronts, the guest portal and the owner portal.

How you get it

You are not handed a login and wished luck.

Every plan is done-for-you. We build it, connect it and test it before you go live. After that the platform is yours: build more agents yourself whenever a new use case turns up, with no developer needed.

01

We write and tune the agents

Scoped to your call types, your language, your escalation rules, and tested before a customer ever reaches one.

02

We wire it to what you already run

Your CRM, calendar, forms, e-signature and payment tools, plus your numbers, or simple forwarding from the line you use today.

03

We import your data

Contacts, history and lists, deduplicated on the way in rather than landing as a second copy of everyone.

04

We test the whole flow

End to end, including what happens after the call, before you go live rather than after a customer finds the gap.

For developers

On every tier, including the old ones.

The developer surfaces are not an enterprise upsell. If you have an account, you have the API.

REST API

The platform behind the platform, with keys you manage yourself.

MCP server

Point Claude Code, Cursor or Zed at your own account and let them work against it.

Webhooks

Push anything into the inbound queue from software we have never heard of.

n8n, Zapier and Make

For the automations you would rather not write.

Workflow SDK

Build and version agent workflows in code rather than the visual builder.

Telemetry

Langfuse tracing on the agent runs, when you need to know why it said that.

What unlocks where

Everything above is on the platform. The tier decides how much of it is on.

Launch

The platform, with the agents we build to start you off.

Growth

Caller memory, campaigns, sequences, lead sourcing, reputation and your logo on the portal.

Command

The finance ledger, procurement, unlimited agents, and full white-label on your own domain.

Sold under your own brand, if you want

On Command the whole thing runs on your domain with your logo, and Sysevo never appears in your client’s experience. You set what they pay and keep all of it.

Every account gets the list below. Where something unlocks further up the tiers, it says so rather than leaving you to find out later.

The rest of the business

  • One queue for every way in

Calls, forms, booking links, email and anything posting to a webhook land in a single inbound queue, scored hot to cold, deduplicated, and promoted to a real lead when they are worth it.

  • A CRM that fills itself

Leads and contacts flow in from every call automatically, auto-placed in the right pipeline stage from the call’s outcome.

  • Booking links that actually book

Share a public link, let people pick a slot inside your real availability, and keep your calendar feeds in sync.

  • Your inbox, inside the platform

Connect Gmail, Outlook or another provider and work your email from here, and every message links back to the right lead.

  • An email responder that drafts the replyGrowth+

Enquiries come back with a draft already written from the contact and their history, for you to send, edit or ignore.

  • Guest relations, for the people who complain

Complaints, apologies and the do-not-contact decisions that follow, recorded against the person rather than in somebody’s memory.

  • Audiences you build onceGrowth+

Segment contacts on what they did, what they said and where they came from, then point a campaign or a sequence at the result.

  • A help desk your customers can use

Tickets, replies and an AI assistant, configured under your own branding, so support is part of the same system rather than a separate inbox.

  • Campaigns and sequencesGrowth+

Bulk email campaigns and multi-step drip sequences with open and click tracking, plus stage-triggered emails from your pipeline.

  • Checkout and payments, built in

Create payment links, take checkout payments across six providers, and embed payment widgets anywhere.

  • E-signature that is actually built in

Send a contract, get it signed, and every signature is timestamped and logged, with no separate e-sign tab.

  • A form builder, and every submission

Build a form, publish it, and turn any submission into a CRM lead in one click.

  • Somewhere real to keep documents

Store, organise and share files, with expiring links when something needs to go outside the team.

  • Team chat that does more than message

DMs, channels and video calls, plus slash commands that create a task or book a meeting without leaving the conversation. Meetings get analysed afterward too.

  • A real workspace for docs and planning

Write and co-edit documents and structured pages with your team, comment inline, and keep a version history, built in rather than bolted on.

  • Tasks and reminders, for everyone

A shared task board and reminders that can be personal or visible to the whole team.

  • Bring your own leads in, too

Import a contact list by CSV, ready to work in minutes.

  • Or let the platform source themGrowth+

Point it at a market and it finds and enriches leads for you.

  • One picture, not three dashboards

Calls, CRM activity and revenue, reported together rather than scattered across separate tools.

  • Role-based access for the team

A handful of role presets decide who sees what, rather than one shared login for everyone.

  • A finance ledger with real reportingCommand+

Multi-currency accounts, invoicing, forecasting and exportable financial reports. The numbers side of the business, handled.

  • Procurement without the spreadsheetCommand+

Purchase orders, supplier records and expense claims, with approval rules you set.

  • Proposals that track themselves

Branded, live proposal links you can password-protect, with analytics showing what the client actually read before they signed.

  • Quotes that turn into invoices

Build a quote, send it, and let an accepted one carry straight through to the invoice and the payment without being retyped.

  • Reports you can build yourselfGrowth+

Calls, pipeline, revenue and team activity, reported on the dimensions you care about rather than a fixed template.

  • Review requests that go out on their ownGrowth+

Ask the customers most likely to leave a good review, at the moment the job is done, and see every review in one place.

  • Targets, leaderboards and alertsGrowth+

Set targets per person or team, watch the trend, and get told when something moves in the wrong direction rather than finding out at month end.

Voice & calling

  • A number, live in minutes

Rent a Sysevo number from $3/month or forward the line you already use. Either way, no porting paperwork, just a working agent.

  • Or bring your own carrierCommand+

Connect Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Plivo, Cloudonix or Vobiz in a few clicks, or self-host over SIP through Asterisk if you run your own telephony.

  • Two ways to build an agent

A guided simple view for straightforward setups, or a full visual workflow editor with branching logic and conditions. Same agent, whichever view you use.

  • Full control over behaviour and voice

Tune personality, speaking pace and interruption sensitivity, and pick the model behind it: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Grok.

  • 6,000+ voices to choose from

Browse the full voice library by accent, age, gender and use case, or reuse a voice you have already saved.

  • Voice cloningGrowth+

Upload a short sample and your agent speaks in that voice. A founder’s, a brand ambassador’s, whoever you choose.

  • Tools and knowledge bases, mid-call

Give an agent documents to search and custom tools it can call out to, so it can act on real information while the caller is still on the line.

  • Outbound campaigns with real retry logic

Batch-dial a list and set exactly what happens on no answer, busy or voicemail, with automatic recalls with a delay and a retry cap you control.

  • Watch the calls happening now

A realtime board of every call in progress, with the transcript scrolling as it is spoken, so you can step in rather than read about it afterwards.

  • Callbacks, scheduled rather than remembered

Anyone who asked to be rung back is queued automatically, or filed for review first if you would rather approve them.

  • Dispositions, and a suppression register

What actually answered each number, from a person to a voicemail to a dead line, feeding one register of numbers that must not be dialled again.

  • Every call recorded and transcribed

Follow a call’s transcript live, or come back to the recording and full transcript afterwards.

  • Every call analysed

Automatic conversation analysis on every call, plus up to 15 custom fields you define for your industry.

  • Live scoring and sentimentGrowth+

Every call scored and read for sentiment as it happens, not just summarised afterward.

  • The agent acts, not just talks

Book an appointment, send an email, take a payment, create a task or send a form, queued the moment a call is analysed, with your approval where it reaches the caller.

  • A real voice call, embedded on your site

Not a chat bubble. A live voice widget with an audio-reactive interface, dropped straight into your website or app.

  • REST API and an MCP server

Build against a full REST API, or connect an MCP server directly to Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop or Zed.

  • Pay-as-you-go, on your terms

A wallet that tracks plan minutes and top-up minutes separately, with auto-recharge if you want it and billing you can see into at any time.

Caller memory

  • Recognised from the second call on

A caller’s number is matched the moment they call, and their profile loads before the agent even says hello.

  • The details, remembered

Names, preferences, addresses and what happened on past calls, carried into the next one automatically.

  • Organised the moment it is captured

Contact details, preferences, orders and complaints are sorted into their own sections automatically, so a profile stays scannable instead of turning into a wall of text.

  • Tuned to your industryGrowth+

The fields memory looks for are pre-set for your industry, covering recruitment, property, retail and more, with anything else the agent picks up still captured as a custom fact.

  • One profile, the whole history

Every call is linked to the same caller profile, so nothing has to be repeated or looked up by hand.

  • Follows them off the phone, too

The same memory carries into WhatsApp and Telegram conversations, so a caller never has to reintroduce themselves on a different channel.

  • Shared across agentsGrowth+

Route a caller to a different agent and the memory follows them, so the story does not reset.

  • You set the rules

Choose what gets remembered, and clear a caller’s memory whenever you want.

  • Notes only your team can see

Flag a caller VIP or do-not-call, add tags, or leave a private note, kept separate from what the agent captures automatically, and every change is logged.

  • New information supersedes old, nothing gets erased

When something changes, such as an updated address or a new preference, the old value is superseded rather than overwritten, so the history stays intact until you ask for it to be cleared.

  • Read back as facts, never as instructions

What a caller says can update their profile, but it is never treated as a command. Nothing said on one call can change how the agent behaves on the next.

  • Card details never touch Sysevo

Payments run through your provider’s own checkout, so only the reference comes back into the caller’s profile.

  • Erasable on request

A caller’s profile and memory can be cleared whenever you need, and the change is logged.

  • Never shared between businesses

One customer’s caller profiles are isolated from every other Sysevo account at the database level, not just in the interface.

No add-ons, no second subscription, nothing to wire together yourself. It is one platform and one bill. Everything unmarked is on every plan; a handful of the heavier modules open up further up the tiers, and those are marked above. See what each plan includes.
