Built because the problem kept showing up.
Sysevo was founded in Manchester in 2025. Manchester is a city that moves fast. Recruitment firms, property agencies, logistics operators, law practices, healthcare providers, financial services, retail groups, and tech companies all running at pace, all relying on the phone. We built here because the problem was everywhere.
The idea came from Málaga. A city built on hospitality (hotels, restaurants, tour operators, clinics, estate agents). Businesses that live and die by the phone. We watched what happened when nobody picked up. It wasn't that the businesses didn't care. It was 3pm on a Saturday and every staff member was with a customer. It was 10pm and the office was closed. It was simply that they were human, and humans can only be one place at a time.
The voice AI solutions that existed were either built for developers (deep configuration, complex setup, six-figure contracts) or they were toys that couldn't survive a real conversation. Nothing was built for a recruitment agency with six consultants, or a Manchester property firm managing four hundred listings, or a GP practice drowning in appointment calls. The gap between "enterprise AI" and "nothing" was where every small business lived.
The other problem was fragmentation. Voice platform over here, CRM over there, Zapier trying to stitch them together, and a call history that existed nowhere anyone could find it. We watched businesses across industries lose leads they'd already paid to generate, because nobody recorded the outcome of the call.
Sysevo is the fix for both of those things. One platform, one login, one place where your agents live, your calls are logged, your leads are tracked, and your CRM updates itself. No engineer required.

Four things we won't compromise on.
The phone call still matters more than the form.
People pick up the phone when something is urgent, when they want to talk to a person, or when the website didn't answer their question. That's not a demographic. That's everyone, at some point.
An AI agent should never lie about being an AI.
If a caller sincerely asks whether they're speaking to a person, the agent says no. That's not a limitation. It's a line we chose to hold. Trust between a business and its customers is too valuable to trade for a slightly smoother conversation.
Voice and CRM are one product, not two.
Every call is a data point. Who called, when, why, what they wanted, what happened next. Logging that in one place, automatically, is the whole point. Anything short of that is an expensive voicemail box.
Small businesses deserve enterprise-grade tools.
The technology that routes calls for a hotel chain in Dubai can route calls for a surf school in Tarifa. The only thing that should change is the price.

We're a small, focused team. Between us we've built voice AI products, designed CRM systems, run hospitality businesses, and led growth for B2B SaaS companies at scale. We've been on both sides of the customer relationship (the person answering the phone and the person building the software).
We're based in Manchester deliberately. It's one of the UK's most commercially diverse cities (financial services, property, legal, recruitment, healthcare, retail, logistics, hospitality). Our customers span every one of those sectors. We can meet them, watch them use the product, and understand what's actually broken. It keeps us honest. We also work closely with businesses in Málaga, Spain, where the idea started and where we still have clients today.
We're early stage and we know it. What we're not doing is pretending to be something we're not. The product works, the customers are real, and the roadmap is driven by what operators actually need, not by what looks good on a deck.
