Contracts and e-signature
Describe it. Send it.Prove it later.
Contracts written from a sentence or a template, sent in one click or straight off a call, signed without an account, and filed with a timestamped record of who opened it, when, and from where.
The gap
A quote is accepted. Then what?
Everywhere else
- 01Open the template in Word
- 02Retype details you already hold
- 03Upload it to a signing service
- 04Pay per envelope
- 05Download the signed copy
- 06File it where nobody will look
Six chances to lose the deal or the document.
Here
- 01Raise it from the template against the record
- 02Send it
The details fill themselves in, the signed PDF files itself against the customer, and the payment link follows from the same record.
Generating one
Say what you agreed.Get the contract.
Describe the agreement in a sentence and the draft comes back written, with the parties, the term, the fees and the notice period already in it. Read it, change what you want, and send it.
You are not starting from an empty page, and you are not hunting for last year’s version of a document to copy.
Or start from one
Ready-made, then made yours.
Pick a template, and the variables fill from whatever record you raised it against. Edit one and every future contract follows; the ones already sent never change.

Contract templates are Launch and above.
Variables
Nobody retypes the client’s name.
Your standard terms, service agreement or NDA, with variables that resolve the counterparty, the dates, the amounts, the scope and the signer’s role from whatever record the contract is raised against.
Editing a template changes future contracts. It never touches one already sent.

Fields go where they belong on the page.
Drop a signature, initials, a date, a checkbox or a text field onto the exact spot on the exact page, size it, and mark it required. Each one is assigned to a specific signer, so nobody signs in the wrong place.
Placed, not guessed
Every field carries a page number and a position, so the signature lands where your document expects it rather than appended at the end.
Typed, drawn or uploaded
The signer opens their link, reads it, and signs however suits them. They never create an account, and the page carries your logo and your colours rather than ours.
Chased without you remembering
Signers who have not acted get reminded, and the count is on the record, so you know whether it is stuck or simply unread.
Sending it
Three ways out, none of them a chore.
Most deals die in the gap between agreeing and paperwork. Close the gap and the contract arrives while the customer still remembers saying yes.
Send to signers
The contract is ready, the signers are on it, and sending is a single action. No exporting, no attaching, no separate signing tool to log into.
- Each signer gets their own link
- Signing order if you need one
- Reminders go out on their own
Sent because they agreed
The agent hears the agreement on the call, and the contract goes out behind it. The customer is still putting the phone down when it lands in their inbox.
- Triggered by what was actually said
- Raised against the caller’s record
- Held for approval if you prefer
Sent while you are still talking
Your own team, mid-call, sending the agreement from the same screen they are dialling on. No hold music while somebody finds the right document.
- On the live call screen
- Prefilled from the contact
- Logged to the call, not just the inbox
Evidence
A signature is only worth its trail.
Every signer carries their own record: when it was sent to them, when they first opened it, when they signed, the IP address it came from, and the browser and operating system they used. If a contract is ever questioned, the answer is on the document rather than in somebody’s inbox.
Times are recorded per signer, not per document.
Status
You always know where it is.
Draft
Not sent. Edit it freely, move the fields around, change the wording.
Sent
Out with the signers. Each has their own link and their own clock.
Viewed
Opened, but not yet signed. You can see who and when.
Partially signed
Some signers done. Signing order decides who is asked next.
Signed
Fully executed. Both sides hold the PDF, and it is filed against the record.
Declined
A signer refused. It stops there rather than quietly expiring.
Expired
The link lapsed before it was signed. Void and reissue.
A sent contract cannot be edited.
That is deliberate, not a limitation. Void it and send a new one instead. A document that can change after signing is not evidence of anything, and the whole point of holding it here is that it stands up later.
NDAs before there is a deal.
NDAs work the same way and have their own public form, so a prospect can sign one before they are a customer, before there is a record to attach it to, and without anyone opening a laptop to send it.
The whole deal
The contract is one link in a longer chain.
- 01
Quote sent
- 02
Accepted
- 03
Contract signed
- 04
Payment taken
- 05
Invoice filed
- 06
Filed to the Vault
Each step hands the next one the record it needs, which is why the payment link already knows the amount and the invoice already knows the customer.
E-signature, contracts and NDAs are on every plan. Contract templates are Launch and above.
Everything included
It comes with the rest of it.
Sysevo is not sold as modules you bolt together. Every account gets the list below, and where something unlocks further up the tiers, it says so.
The rest of the business
One queue for every way in
Calls, forms, booking links, email and anything posting to a webhook land in a single inbound queue, scored hot to cold, deduplicated, and promoted to a real lead when they are worth it.
A CRM that fills itself
Leads and contacts flow in from every call automatically, auto-placed in the right pipeline stage from the call’s outcome.
Booking links that actually book
Share a public link, let people pick a slot inside your real availability, and keep your calendar feeds in sync.
Your inbox, inside the platform
Connect Gmail, Outlook or another provider and work your email from here, and every message links back to the right lead.
An email responder that drafts the replyGrowth+
Enquiries come back with a draft already written from the contact and their history, for you to send, edit or ignore.
Guest relations, for the people who complain
Complaints, apologies and the do-not-contact decisions that follow, recorded against the person rather than in somebody’s memory.
Audiences you build onceGrowth+
Segment contacts on what they did, what they said and where they came from, then point a campaign or a sequence at the result.
A help desk your customers can use
Tickets, replies and an AI assistant, configured under your own branding, so support is part of the same system rather than a separate inbox.
Campaigns and sequencesGrowth+
Bulk email campaigns and multi-step drip sequences with open and click tracking, plus stage-triggered emails from your pipeline.
Checkout and payments, built in
Create payment links, take checkout payments across six providers, and embed payment widgets anywhere.
E-signature that is actually built in
Send a contract, get it signed, and every signature is timestamped and logged, with no separate e-sign tab.
A form builder, and every submission
Build a form, publish it, and turn any submission into a CRM lead in one click.
Somewhere real to keep documents
Store, organise and share files, with expiring links when something needs to go outside the team.
Team chat that does more than message
DMs, channels and video calls, plus slash commands that create a task or book a meeting without leaving the conversation. Meetings get analysed afterward too.
A real workspace for docs and planning
Write and co-edit documents and structured pages with your team, comment inline, and keep a version history, built in rather than bolted on.
Tasks and reminders, for everyone
A shared task board and reminders that can be personal or visible to the whole team.
Bring your own leads in, too
Import a contact list by CSV, ready to work in minutes.
Or let the platform source themGrowth+
Point it at a market and it finds and enriches leads for you.
One picture, not three dashboards
Calls, CRM activity and revenue, reported together rather than scattered across separate tools.
Role-based access for the team
A handful of role presets decide who sees what, rather than one shared login for everyone.
A finance ledger with real reportingCommand+
Multi-currency accounts, invoicing, forecasting and exportable financial reports. The numbers side of the business, handled.
Procurement without the spreadsheetCommand+
Purchase orders, supplier records and expense claims, with approval rules you set.
Proposals that track themselves
Branded, live proposal links you can password-protect, with analytics showing what the client actually read before they signed.
Quotes that turn into invoices
Build a quote, send it, and let an accepted one carry straight through to the invoice and the payment without being retyped.
Reports you can build yourselfGrowth+
Calls, pipeline, revenue and team activity, reported on the dimensions you care about rather than a fixed template.
Review requests that go out on their ownGrowth+
Ask the customers most likely to leave a good review, at the moment the job is done, and see every review in one place.
Targets, leaderboards and alertsGrowth+
Set targets per person or team, watch the trend, and get told when something moves in the wrong direction rather than finding out at month end.
No add-ons, no second subscription, nothing to wire together yourself. It is one platform and one bill. Everything unmarked is on every plan; a handful of the heavier modules open up further up the tiers, and those are marked above. See what each plan includes.
This is the part of the platform this page is about. See everything else it comes with.
