01The rep's screen

Built for the person making the ninetieth call today.

Volume calling punishes small frictions. Every extra click is multiplied by a hundred, and a rep who has to go looking for the customer record stops looking by the afternoon. The dialer is designed around that reality.

A keypad that is always there

Dial a number by hand whenever you need to, without hunting for the right screen first.

A queue that keeps the order

Work a list top to bottom. The next number is ready the moment the last one ends, so nobody loses ten minutes deciding who to ring.

A call bar that follows you

Move around Sysevo mid call and the call stays with you in a persistent bar. Look up an invoice while you are still talking.

The contact, open beside the call

Their history, their deals and their last conversation are on screen while you speak, not two clicks away.

Wrap up before the next one

A short wrap up step after hanging up captures what happened while it is fresh, then moves you on.

Knows when you are reachable

A reachability beacon means inbound calls only ring people who are actually able to take them.

02One call, end to end

Three minutes and fourteen seconds, with nothing typed twice.

Volume calling is won in the seconds between calls, not during them. Here is where those seconds go in Sysevo.

0s

Number dials from the queue

The rep does not choose who is next. The list does, so no time goes on deciding.

2s

The contact opens beside the call

History, deals and the last conversation are on screen before anyone says hello.

48s

The coach offers a line

It has been reading the conversation. One sentence, ready to speak.

3m 10s

Disposition, one tap

Interested. The pipeline moves and a callback goes in the diary.

3m 14s

Wrap up, then the next number

A short note while it is fresh, then straight back into the queue.

03Live coaching

A line to say next, on the screen they are already looking at.

The coach listens to the live conversation and offers one suggestion at a time, written in words the rep can say out loud as they are. Not advice to interpret. Not three options to choose between while somebody is mid sentence. One line, ready to speak.

One suggestion, never three

Three options is a decision to make while a customer is talking. That is the worst possible moment to be given homework.

Words, not instructions

You get the sentence, not a note telling you to probe on budget. Translating advice mid call is a job nobody has time for.

Off until they turn it on

Reading your own conversation while having it helps some people and is impossible for others. It is a toggle in the call controls, off by default.

New reps get to sound like your best one from week one. Experienced reps get a nudge on the calls that matter, and a ramp that takes weeks instead of quarters.

Customer

We are probably going to look at this again in the new year.

Ask what changes in the new year that does not apply now.

Rep

What changes in the new year that does not apply right now?

Customer

Honestly, the budget resets. But the problem is live already.

Offer to start now and bill from January.

04Live listening

Coaching after the fact is a recording. This is coaching during.

A manager can open the live calls tab, see every conversation in progress in both directions, and listen to one as it happens. They say nothing. They just know exactly what to talk about the moment it ends.

Silent by design

The audio socket only carries sound one way. Listening cannot become barge in, so a manager can never interrupt a live customer conversation by clicking the wrong thing.

Every call, both directions

Inbound and outbound calls appear in the same live list, so nothing in progress is invisible to the person responsible for it.

Captions while you listen

Live captions run alongside the audio, so a manager can follow a call they joined halfway through.

Nothing is played into the call to announce a listener, and neither party is told. That is a deliberate product decision, and it is worth knowing where you stand legally: recording and monitoring rules differ by country and by state. Set your policy, tell your team, and check your local requirements before you switch it on.

05Dispositions

One tap that actually moves the deal.

The outcomes are ordered by how a call actually ends, not alphabetically. The two that move a deal come first, because the moment after hanging up is not one to spend scanning a list. The refusals sit last and apart, so neither is ever a mis-click on the way to something else.

Callbacks get a time

Choosing callback opens a picker, so the promise turns into something in the diary rather than a note nobody reads.

Enrol into a sequence

End the call by putting that person into an email cadence, without leaving the dialer.

Do not call is protected

It is legally binding and cannot be undone, so it is deliberately placed away from everything else.

07Do not callLegally binding and irreversible
06Call history

Every call, still there six months later.

History is where coaching, disputes and forecasting all end up. Filter it by rep, by outcome or by date, open a single call to see the whole record, and use the team view to compare how the floor is performing.

Full call log

Every outbound and inbound call, with who made it, how long it ran and how it was dispositioned.

A detail view per call

Open one call and get the contact, the outcome, the notes and the recording in one place.

Team calls

See the whole floor rather than one person, so you can spot who needs help this week.

Outcomes you can count

Because dispositions are structured, connect rate and conversion are numbers rather than guesses.

07Ramping people

The expensive part of hiring a rep is the first three months.

Most of that time is spent learning what your best people already know: which objection means no and which means not yet, what to say when someone mentions budget, when to stop talking. Coaching, live listening and recorded history compress that learning curve into something a manager can actually run.

Week one

The coach carries the script so a new starter can concentrate on listening rather than remembering.

Week two

A manager listens to live calls in silence and has something specific to say the moment each one ends.

Week four

Recorded calls and structured dispositions turn a vague sense of how someone is doing into numbers you can coach against.

After that

The same tooling keeps working on your experienced people, on the calls that are actually worth winning.

08Inbound

Answer knowing who is calling.

The dialer is not outbound only. Inbound calls surface as an overlay wherever the rep is working, matched against your contacts, so the person picking up already knows the history before they say hello.

Incoming call overlay

It finds you wherever you are in the product, rather than needing a separate app open.

Voicemail that gets worked

A real voicemail screen, so messages become callbacks instead of a red badge everyone ignores.

Your numbers, managed

Add and organise numbers, and decide which ones ring where.

Unknown callers become contacts

A number you do not recognise can be turned into a contact without leaving the call.

09Consent and compliance

An outbound team is one bad list away from a real problem.

We are not going to pretend software makes you compliant. What it can do is make the careful thing the easy thing, and put the irreversible actions where nobody clicks them by accident.

Do not call is one tap and permanent

It sits apart from the other outcomes precisely because it cannot be undone. Once set, it travels with the contact.

Every call is on the record

Who rang, when, how long, and how it ended. When a complaint arrives you have the call, not a recollection.

Monitoring is your policy to set

Live listening is silent and neither party is notified. Recording and monitoring law differs by country and by state, so decide your policy, tell your team, and check your local rules.

10Humans and agents

The dialer and the AI agents work the same list.

Most companies end up with a call centre platform for people and a separate tool for AI calling, then spend their time reconciling the two. In Sysevo they share contacts, dispositions, history and pipeline, so the handover costs nothing.

Let the agents do the volume

AI agents work the top of the list at scale, qualify who is worth a human conversation, and book the rest straight into the diary.

Let your people do the closing

Reps pick up the qualified ones with the full history in front of them, coached live, and disposition straight into the same pipeline.

What people ask about AI call coaching

Straight answers on how the coaching, the monitoring and the dispositions actually work.

AI call coaching listens to a live conversation and suggests what the rep should say next, on screen, while the call is still running. Sysevo shows one suggestion at a time, written as a sentence the rep can say out loud as it is, rather than advice like "probe on budget" that has to be translated mid conversation. It is off by default and each rep turns it on from the call controls.

Everything included

The dialer is one part of what you already get

Human calling sits in the same account as your AI agents, your caller memory and your business tooling. Here is the full picture.

Voice & calling

  • A number, live in minutes

Rent a Sysevo number from $3/month or forward the line you already use. Either way, no porting paperwork, just a working agent.

  • Or bring your own carrierCommand+

Connect Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Plivo, Cloudonix or Vobiz in a few clicks, or self-host over SIP through Asterisk if you run your own telephony.

  • Two ways to build an agent

A guided simple view for straightforward setups, or a full visual workflow editor with branching logic and conditions. Same agent, whichever view you use.

  • Full control over behaviour and voice

Tune personality, speaking pace and interruption sensitivity, and pick the model behind it: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Grok.

  • 6,000+ voices to choose from

Browse the full voice library by accent, age, gender and use case, or reuse a voice you have already saved.

  • Voice cloningGrowth+

Upload a short sample and your agent speaks in that voice. A founder’s, a brand ambassador’s, whoever you choose.

  • Tools and knowledge bases, mid-call

Give an agent documents to search and custom tools it can call out to, so it can act on real information while the caller is still on the line.

  • Outbound campaigns with real retry logic

Batch-dial a list and set exactly what happens on no answer, busy or voicemail, with automatic recalls with a delay and a retry cap you control.

  • Every call recorded and transcribed

Follow a call’s transcript live, or come back to the recording and full transcript afterwards.

  • Every call analysed

Automatic conversation analysis on every call, plus up to 15 custom fields you define for your industry.

  • Live scoring and sentimentGrowth+

Every call scored and read for sentiment as it happens, not just summarised afterward.

  • The agent acts, not just talks

Book an appointment, send an email, take a payment, create a task or send a form, queued the moment a call is analysed, with your approval where it reaches the caller.

  • A real voice call, embedded on your site

Not a chat bubble. A live voice widget with an audio-reactive interface, dropped straight into your website or app.

  • REST API and an MCP server

Build against a full REST API, or connect an MCP server directly to Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop or Zed.

  • Pay-as-you-go, on your terms

A wallet that tracks plan minutes and top-up minutes separately, with auto-recharge if you want it and billing you can see into at any time.

Caller memory

  • Recognised from the second call on

A caller’s number is matched the moment they call, and their profile loads before the agent even says hello.

  • The details, remembered

Names, preferences, addresses and what happened on past calls, carried into the next one automatically.

  • Organised the moment it is captured

Contact details, preferences, orders and complaints are sorted into their own sections automatically, so a profile stays scannable instead of turning into a wall of text.

  • Tuned to your industryGrowth+

The fields memory looks for are pre-set for your industry, covering recruitment, property, retail and more, with anything else the agent picks up still captured as a custom fact.

  • One profile, the whole history

Every call is linked to the same caller profile, so nothing has to be repeated or looked up by hand.

  • Follows them off the phone, too

The same memory carries into WhatsApp and Telegram conversations, so a caller never has to reintroduce themselves on a different channel.

  • Shared across agentsGrowth+

Route a caller to a different agent and the memory follows them, so the story does not reset.

  • You set the rules

Choose what gets remembered, and clear a caller’s memory whenever you want.

  • Notes only your team can see

Flag a caller VIP or do-not-call, add tags, or leave a private note, kept separate from what the agent captures automatically, and every change is logged.

  • New information supersedes old, nothing gets erased

When something changes, such as an updated address or a new preference, the old value is superseded rather than overwritten, so the history stays intact until you ask for it to be cleared.

  • Read back as facts, never as instructions

What a caller says can update their profile, but it is never treated as a command. Nothing said on one call can change how the agent behaves on the next.

  • Card details never touch Sysevo

Payments run through your provider’s own checkout, so only the reference comes back into the caller’s profile.

  • Erasable on request

A caller’s profile and memory can be cleared whenever you need, and the change is logged.

  • Never shared between businesses

One customer’s caller profiles are isolated from every other Sysevo account at the database level, not just in the interface.

The rest of the business

  • A CRM that fills itself

Leads and contacts flow in from every call automatically, auto-placed in the right pipeline stage from the call’s outcome.

  • Booking links that actually book

Share a public link, let people pick a slot inside your real availability, and keep your calendar feeds in sync.

  • Your inbox, inside the platform

Connect Gmail, Outlook or another provider and work your email from here, and every message links back to the right lead.

  • Campaigns and sequencesGrowth+

Bulk email campaigns and multi-step drip sequences with open and click tracking, plus stage-triggered emails from your pipeline.

  • Checkout and payments, built in

Create payment links, take checkout payments across six providers, and embed payment widgets anywhere.

  • E-signature that is actually built in

Send a contract, get it signed, and every signature is timestamped and logged, with no separate e-sign tab.

  • A form builder, and every submission

Build a form, publish it, and turn any submission into a CRM lead in one click.

  • Somewhere real to keep documents

Store, organise and share files, with expiring links when something needs to go outside the team.

  • Team chat that does more than message

DMs, channels and video calls, plus slash commands that create a task or book a meeting without leaving the conversation. Meetings get analysed afterward too.

  • A real workspace for docs and planning

Write and co-edit documents and structured pages with your team, comment inline, and keep a version history, built in rather than bolted on.

  • Tasks and reminders, for everyone

A shared task board and reminders that can be personal or visible to the whole team.

  • Bring your own leads in, too

Import a contact list by CSV, ready to work in minutes.

  • Or let the platform source themGrowth+

Point it at a market and it finds and enriches leads for you.

  • One picture, not three dashboards

Calls, CRM activity and revenue, reported together rather than scattered across separate tools.

  • Role-based access for the team

A handful of role presets decide who sees what, rather than one shared login for everyone.

  • A finance ledger with real reportingCommand+

Multi-currency accounts, invoicing, forecasting and exportable financial reports. The numbers side of the business, handled.

  • Procurement without the spreadsheetCommand+

Purchase orders, supplier records and expense claims, with approval rules you set.

No add-ons, no second subscription, nothing to wire together yourself. It is one platform and one bill. Everything unmarked is on every plan; a handful of the heavier modules open up further up the tiers, and those are marked above. See what each plan includes.

Your best rep cannotsit with all of them.

The coach can. Bring a real call script and we will run it live: the suggestion appearing mid sentence, a manager listening in silence, the outcome landing on the pipeline.
