Sysevo

Document storage and sharing

Somewhere realto keep the paperwork.

Folders, previews, share links you can password-protect and expire, and a storage pool the whole account draws on. In the same place as the calls and the contracts, not a separate drive half the team cannot get into.

Where documents usually end up.

Scattered. Some in a shared drive, some in an inbox, some on the one laptop that has them. When a customer asks for a copy of what they signed, finding it takes longer than producing it did, and the person who knows where it lives is on holiday.

Sharing

A link, not an attachment.

Send a customer or supplier a link they can open without an account, and keep control of it afterwards. Set what they are allowed to do, put a password on it, decide whether it can be downloaded, and give it an expiry, or none.

View or edit. Decide per link, not per person.

Password protected. Stored hashed, never in the link itself.

Expires when you say. Hours, days, or never.

Downloading optional. Let them read it without keeping a copy.

Previews

Most of the time nobody needs a copy.

PDFs open in a reader with the pages laid out. Video plays inline with proper controls. Images and documents carry thumbnails, so you recognise the right file before you open anything.

Which matters more than it sounds: every download is another copy of a confidential document living on somebody’s laptop.

Floor plan

Inside the team, it is a grant.

Public links are for people outside. Inside the account, access follows the roles you already set, and a folder can be granted to specific colleagues rather than shared by URL. Nobody has to forward anything, and nobody keeps access after they leave the team.

Organising it

Built for people who live in it.

A tree, not a scroll

Nest folders as deep as your filing actually goes, drag things between them, and jump straight back to the root when you lose your place.

Keyboard, not mouse

If you are filing forty documents after a busy week, reaching for the mouse every time is the slow part.

Move to trash

The paperwork is the sensitive part.

Signed contracts, identity documents, owner statements. A drive holding those needs to answer “who can see this” without anyone guessing.

Access follows the role

The same four roles that govern the rest of the account govern the drive, enforced in the database rather than the interface.

Grants, not forwards

Give a colleague a folder rather than emailing them a copy, so access ends when their access ends.

Links you can revoke

A public link carries its own password, expiry and download rule, and can be turned off without moving the file.

Trash, not oblivion

Deleting is recoverable. The document somebody removed on a Friday is still there on Monday.

Storage

Pooled, and you can see what is using it.

Your allowance is the per-seat amount multiplied by the people actually in the account, plus anything you have added. It is pooled, so the person who scans every document is not capped while four colleagues barely touch theirs.

The panel breaks the usage down by what is actually in there, so when it fills up you know whether it is documents or somebody’s video files.

Need more? Add it, and keep going.

Storage packs are bought in the panel and credited to the account. The credit is applied by the payment webhook rather than on the return trip, so if the tab is closed halfway through, the storage still arrives.

Buy in the panel

The same sheet that shows what you are using is where you add more. No ticket, no sales call.

Credited automatically

The webhook applies it. Closing the tab does not lose what you paid for.

One number everywhere

The quota the upload guard checks is the same one the panel shows, because both read it from one place.

Day to day

A drive that behaves like one.

Three ways in

Pick files, upload a whole folder tree with its structure preserved, or drag and drop anywhere on the page. Large uploads confirm the count and total size first.

Duplicates handled, not overwritten

Upload something that already exists and you are asked what to do rather than quietly losing the previous version.

Starred, search and trash

Star what you reach for, search the whole drive, and recover something deleted by mistake instead of losing it.

The rest of the system files things here

Executed contracts and form uploads land in the Vault, so paperwork ends up next to the record it belongs to.

What lands here

You will not be the one filing most of it.

An executed contractFiled the moment the last signer finishes
A form uploadAttached to the submission and the contact
A signed NDAEven from someone who is not a customer yet
A proposal you sentKept with the version the client actually saw
An owner or client statementGenerated on a schedule, stored, shareable
Whatever you drag inBecause some things will always be manual

The Vault is on every plan. Storage is 5 GB per seat on Launch, 10 GB on Growth and 20 GB on Command, pooled across the account, with packs available if you need more.

Everything included

It comes with the rest of it.

Sysevo is not sold as modules you bolt together. Every account gets the list below, and where something unlocks further up the tiers, it says so.

The rest of the business

  • One queue for every way in

Calls, forms, booking links, email and anything posting to a webhook land in a single inbound queue, scored hot to cold, deduplicated, and promoted to a real lead when they are worth it.

  • A CRM that fills itself

Leads and contacts flow in from every call automatically, auto-placed in the right pipeline stage from the call’s outcome.

  • Booking links that actually book

Share a public link, let people pick a slot inside your real availability, and keep your calendar feeds in sync.

  • Your inbox, inside the platform

Connect Gmail, Outlook or another provider and work your email from here, and every message links back to the right lead.

  • An email responder that drafts the replyGrowth+

Enquiries come back with a draft already written from the contact and their history, for you to send, edit or ignore.

  • Guest relations, for the people who complain

Complaints, apologies and the do-not-contact decisions that follow, recorded against the person rather than in somebody’s memory.

  • Audiences you build onceGrowth+

Segment contacts on what they did, what they said and where they came from, then point a campaign or a sequence at the result.

  • A help desk your customers can use

Tickets, replies and an AI assistant, configured under your own branding, so support is part of the same system rather than a separate inbox.

  • Campaigns and sequencesGrowth+

Bulk email campaigns and multi-step drip sequences with open and click tracking, plus stage-triggered emails from your pipeline.

  • Checkout and payments, built in

Create payment links, take checkout payments across six providers, and embed payment widgets anywhere.

  • E-signature that is actually built in

Send a contract, get it signed, and every signature is timestamped and logged, with no separate e-sign tab.

  • A form builder, and every submission

Build a form, publish it, and turn any submission into a CRM lead in one click.

  • Somewhere real to keep documents

Store, organise and share files, with expiring links when something needs to go outside the team.

  • Team chat that does more than message

DMs, channels and video calls, plus slash commands that create a task or book a meeting without leaving the conversation. Meetings get analysed afterward too.

  • A real workspace for docs and planning

Write and co-edit documents and structured pages with your team, comment inline, and keep a version history, built in rather than bolted on.

  • Tasks and reminders, for everyone

A shared task board and reminders that can be personal or visible to the whole team.

  • Bring your own leads in, too

Import a contact list by CSV, ready to work in minutes.

  • Or let the platform source themGrowth+

Point it at a market and it finds and enriches leads for you.

  • One picture, not three dashboards

Calls, CRM activity and revenue, reported together rather than scattered across separate tools.

  • Role-based access for the team

A handful of role presets decide who sees what, rather than one shared login for everyone.

  • A finance ledger with real reportingCommand+

Multi-currency accounts, invoicing, forecasting and exportable financial reports. The numbers side of the business, handled.

  • Procurement without the spreadsheetCommand+

Purchase orders, supplier records and expense claims, with approval rules you set.

  • Proposals that track themselves

Branded, live proposal links you can password-protect, with analytics showing what the client actually read before they signed.

  • Quotes that turn into invoices

Build a quote, send it, and let an accepted one carry straight through to the invoice and the payment without being retyped.

  • Reports you can build yourselfGrowth+

Calls, pipeline, revenue and team activity, reported on the dimensions you care about rather than a fixed template.

  • Review requests that go out on their ownGrowth+

Ask the customers most likely to leave a good review, at the moment the job is done, and see every review in one place.

  • Targets, leaderboards and alertsGrowth+

Set targets per person or team, watch the trend, and get told when something moves in the wrong direction rather than finding out at month end.

No add-ons, no second subscription, nothing to wire together yourself. It is one platform and one bill. Everything unmarked is on every plan; a handful of the heavier modules open up further up the tiers, and those are marked above. See what each plan includes.

This is the part of the platform this page is about. See everything else it comes with.
