How is Sysevo priced?

Every engagement is scoped to your business: the tier you choose, the number of AI agents we build, the call volume you run, and the modules you switch on. Because those variables differ for every company, we don't publish a single list price; instead we put together tailored pricing after a short demo, once we understand your setup. There are no per-seat fees and no separate bills for AI providers or telephony: the models, speech, and calling are all included in one number. You'll know exactly what you're investing, and the expected return, before you commit to anything.

Is the pay-as-you-go rate actually good value?

At $0.14/min on Launch, $0.12 on Growth and $0.10 on Command, it can look steep next to a bare voice API's headline rate, until you see what's actually inside that minute. A raw API only charges for audio in and audio out; the flow, the CRM, the analysis and the actions are a system you'd still have to build and host yourself, and that bill only grows with volume. Our rate already includes the call itself (telephony, speech-to-text, the LLM turns, the voice) plus everything that happens the moment it ends: recording and transcription, AI analysis of the conversation with your own custom fields, the caller's memory updated, and any follow-up action queued, from booking a slot to updating your CRM. You're paying for a finished piece of work, not a voice call, and the rate only applies once your included plan minutes run out.

Why don't you show prices on the website?

Two reasons. First, Sysevo isn't an off-the-shelf subscription you swipe a card for; it's a done-for-you system we build around your specific business, so a single sticker price would be misleading for most companies. Second, the value is far clearer once you've seen it running on your own call flow. A short demo lets us recommend the right tier and show you the real math (missed calls recovered, hours saved, tools consolidated), so the investment is in context rather than an abstract number. You get clear, tailored pricing on that call, with no drawn-out quoting process.

What does "done-for-you" actually mean?

Our team builds and connects everything before you go live: we write and tune your AI agents, provision your phone numbers or set up simple forwarding from the number you already use, wire up your CRM, calendar, forms, e-signature and payment tools, import your data, and test the entire flow end to end. You don't need a developer or a technical team, and you're never handed a blank builder and left to work it out. Launch includes 1 agent built for you, Growth 3, and Command up to 10. After go-live the platform is yours: you can build more agents yourself, any time, with no code, up to 10 on Launch, 20 on Growth and unlimited on Command.

Which tier is right for my business?

Launch suits owner-run businesses that are mainly losing calls and leads; it stops the bleeding with a 24/7 receptionist and missed-call rescue and gets your whole operation into one CRM. Growth is our most popular tier and fits teams of roughly 10–50 that are juggling several tools and want a full agent fleet plus lead generation and sales automation. Command is for established or multi-location operations that want to run the entire company, including finance, procurement and full white-label, on one system. We'll confirm the right fit on your demo based on your call volume, team size, and goals, and it's easy to move up as you grow.

How long until we’re live?

Accepted Answer

Typically around two weeks for Launch, three to four weeks for Growth, and a phased six-to-eight-week rollout for Command's larger, multi-location deployments. That timeline includes us building your agents, connecting your tools, importing your data, and thoroughly testing everything before a single real call is taken. We keep you in the loop the whole way with a clear build plan, and we don't flip the switch until you've reviewed and signed off. Most clients are surprised how little time it takes on their side.

What do you need from us to get started?

Very little to begin. After the demo we run a short onboarding session to capture how you handle calls, the questions customers ask most, your services and pricing, and access to the tools you want connected: your calendar, CRM, and phone provider. From there our team does the heavy lifting and you mainly review and approve. You don't need a written spec or a technical brief; most clients come to us with a problem, not a blueprint, and we shape the build with you.

Will this actually pay for itself?

Accepted Answer

On the demo we build the business case with your own numbers: how many calls you currently miss, what a booked appointment or new customer is worth to you, and how many hours your team spends on calls, scheduling, follow-up and admin. For most service businesses the recovered missed calls alone (leads that today hit voicemail or go to a competitor) cover the investment, before you even count the consolidated software subscriptions and the staff hours freed up. We'd rather show you a conservative, believable number than an inflated one, so you can decide with real figures in front of you.

Do the AI agents sound robotic, or will callers know it’s AI?

They sound natural and conversational. The agents use modern, human-sounding voices (which can even be cloned to match a specific person on Growth and Command), understand interruptions, and respond in real time instead of reading from a rigid script. Most callers simply feel they're talking to a helpful, well-informed member of your team. We're always transparent where disclosure is required, and every agent can hand a call off to a human the moment it needs one, playing a short message to the caller, then connecting them directly, so nobody gets stuck with a bot that can't help.

Can the agents handle calls 24/7 and several at once?

Yes. Your agents answer inbound calls around the clock, nights, weekends and holidays included, and are built to run several calls at once, so most callers reach an agent immediately instead of voicemail. Each tier is provisioned with its own concurrent-call capacity, and we size that to your real call volume during onboarding so it comfortably covers your peaks. For outbound, they run reactivation and follow-up campaigns across your lists at a scale no human team could match, and they never have an off day.

What happens when a call needs a real person?

Accepted Answer

The agent hands off as smoothly as the setup allows. You set the rules (certain call types, specific requests, VIP callers, or moments where the agent judges a human is needed), and it transfers the call to the right person or team, playing a short heads-up message before connecting so whoever picks up knows a call is coming in. If nobody's available, it can take a detailed message, book a callback, or schedule an appointment on the spot. The goal is a system that handles the routine flawlessly and routes the exceptions cleanly to a human when it matters.

Will it work with our existing phone numbers and tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can provision new numbers or set up call forwarding from the number you already use, no formal porting process required, and Command supports SIP / bring-your-own-carrier if you already have telephony infrastructure. On the software side we connect your CRM, calendar (Google and Apple), forms, e-signature and payment tools, and we've integrated with the major platforms plus anything that exposes an API. Making the agents write cleanly into the systems you already use is part of the done-for-you build, so your data stays in one place.

Does Sysevo replace the other tools we pay for?

For most clients, yes, and that's a big part of the value. Sysevo brings your phone system, CRM and pipeline, scheduling and booking, forms, e-signature, payments, and (on Command) finance and procurement into one connected platform. Teams routinely consolidate several separate subscriptions into Sysevo, which often offsets a meaningful part of the investment on its own. We'll map your current stack on the demo and show you exactly what it replaces so there are no surprises.

How do you keep call quality and accuracy high?

Every call is transcribed and analyzed, and on Growth and Command it's automatically scored for quality, sentiment and intent, so you have full visibility into how your agents perform rather than hoping for the best. Because we build the agents for you, we tune them against your real calls and refine the scripts before and after launch; Growth includes a quarterly optimization review and Command includes monthly reviews with a dedicated success manager. Persistent caller memory also means the agents improve over time, recalling previous conversations so repeat callers get a seamless experience.

Is our data secure, and who owns it?

Accepted Answer

Your data is isolated per account at the database level via row-level security, and backed up automatically by our infrastructure provider so it can be recovered if something goes wrong. Everything in your account (your agents, your CRM records, your call history) belongs to you: we don't sell it or use it to train models for other companies, and if you ever decide to leave, you can export everything and take it with you. HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA and SSO/SAML aren't available yet; they're on our roadmap. If you handle protected health information or need enterprise SSO today, tell us on the demo so we can be upfront about whether we're the right fit right now.

Question 16

Are you HIPAA compliant? Can regulated businesses use Sysevo?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. We don't currently offer a signed Business Associate Agreement, so we can't call ourselves HIPAA compliant today. We work with plenty of dental practices, clinics, medical spas and other healthcare-adjacent businesses, along with law firms, financial services and insurance businesses, but for the parts of those businesses that touch protected health information, Sysevo isn't the right fit yet. If you're subject to HIPAA or similar regulation, tell us on the demo. We'd rather say that plainly upfront than have you find out later, and we'll be honest about what we can and can't do for you today.

Question 17

What if we need more than the agents included in our tier?

Accepted Answer

The agents we build for you (1 on Launch, 3 on Growth, up to 10 on Command) are only the starting fleet. Your account allowance is 10 agents on Launch, 20 on Growth and unlimited on Command, counting the ones we build, so you can keep adding your own in the visual builder with no developer required whenever a new use case comes up. If you'd rather we build the extra agents for you, we can scope that too, and if you outgrow the allowance, moving up a tier lifts it.

What support do we get, and who manages it after launch?

Support scales with your tier: Launch includes email support and a 30-day post-launch check-in, Growth adds priority support and quarterly optimization reviews, and Command includes a dedicated success manager with a custom SLA and monthly reviews. You choose how hands-on you want to be afterward; most clients keep us involved to monitor, optimize and expand the system, while others take the wheel with full documentation. Either way, you're never left alone with a tool you don't understand.
