Airtel Nigeria call forwarding codes
How to forward calls on Airtel Nigeria in Nigeria: the codes to dial from your phone, how to set it up in My Airtel app, and how to switch it off again.
| Forward | Turn on | Turn off |
|---|---|---|
All calls | **21*[number]# | ##21# |
When you don’t answer | **61*[number]# | ##61# |
When you’re busy | **67*[number]# | ##67# |
Replace [number] with the full number you want calls sent to, with its country code, for example +44 7700 900123. Dial the code like a phone number and press call. A confirmation message or tone means it worked.
Step by step
- Open your phone's dialler
- Enter **21*[number]# and press call
- Wait for the confirmation message
- To cancel later, dial ##21#
Ask Airtel Nigeria to do it
Or dial **21*the number you want# from your phone. Airtel Nigeria care is on 121.
Forward missed calls to an AI receptionist
The same codes work with Sysevo. Get a number for an AI voice agent, then use the “when you don’t answer” code so the agent picks up the calls you miss: it answers, books, takes the details and logs everything in your CRM. Your customers keep dialling the number they already know, and nothing is ported or switched off. See phone numbers and AI voice agents.
