- Sign in to OmaElisa (app or verkkoasiointi.elisa.fi)
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Go to 'Lisäpalvelut' → 'Soitonsiirrot' (Call forwarding)
- Add an immediate forward to [number] and save (or dial **21*[number]#)

Call Elisa on 010 190 240 and ask to activate 'soitonsiirto' to the number you want.
