NOS Portugal call forwarding codes
How to forward calls on NOS Portugal in Portugal: the codes to dial from your phone, how to set it up in My NOS app, and how to switch it off again.
| Forward | Turn on | Turn off |
|---|---|---|
All calls | **21*[number]# | ##21# |
When you don’t answer | **61*[number]# | ##61# |
When you’re busy | **67*[number]# | ##67# |
Replace [number] with the full number you want calls sent to, with its country code, for example +44 7700 900123. Dial the code like a phone number and press call. A confirmation message or tone means it worked.
Step by step
- Log in to the My NOS app or my.nos.pt
- Select Telemóvel (Mobile) and choose the number to configure
- Open 'Reencaminhar chamadas' (desvio de chamadas)
- Enter [number] and confirm (or dial **21*[number]# from the keypad)
Ask NOS Portugal to do it
Call NOS on 16990 and ask to set the desvio de chamadas to the number you want.
Forward missed calls to an AI receptionist
The same codes work with Sysevo. Get a number for an AI voice agent, then use the “when you don’t answer” code so the agent picks up the calls you miss: it answers, books, takes the details and logs everything in your CRM. Your customers keep dialling the number they already know, and nothing is ported or switched off. See phone numbers and AI voice agents.
