NTT Docomo call forwarding codes
How to forward calls on NTT Docomo in Japan: the codes to dial from your phone, how to set it up in Docomo Kakuten / My docomo, and how to switch it off again.

Replace [number] with the full number you want calls sent to, with its country code, for example +44 7700 900123. Dial the code like a phone number and press call. A confirmation message or tone means it worked.
Step by step
- Register the forward number: dial 1429, press 3, then enter [number]
- Start forwarding: dial 1421 (dial 1420 to stop it later)
- The standard GSM code **21*[number]# also activates 'all calls' divert
- Or set 転送でんわ in the My docomo app / call 151
Ask NTT Docomo to do it
Call Docomo on 151 (or 0120-800-000) and ask to activate 転送でんわ (call forwarding) to the number you want.
