Orange Poland call forwarding codes
How to forward calls on Orange Poland in Poland: the codes to dial from your phone, how to set it up in Mój Orange app, and how to switch it off again.
| Forward | Turn on | Turn off |
|---|---|---|
All calls | **21*[number]# | ##21# |
When you don’t answer | **61*[number]# | ##61# |
When you’re busy | **67*[number]# | ##67# |
Replace [number] with the full number you want calls sent to, with its country code, for example +44 7700 900123. Dial the code like a phone number and press call. A confirmation message or tone means it worked.
Step by step
- Open the Mój Orange app or sign in at orange.pl
- Go to Usługi (Services) and find Przekierowanie połączeń (Call forwarding)
- Choose Zawsze (Always), enter [number] and confirm
- Or dial **21*[number]# from the keypad
Ask Orange Poland to do it
Dial *100 from an Orange mobile (or 510 100 100 from any network) and ask to forward calls to the number you want.
Forward missed calls to an AI receptionist
The same codes work with Sysevo. Get a number for an AI voice agent, then use the “when you don’t answer” code so the agent picks up the calls you miss: it answers, books, takes the details and logs everything in your CRM. Your customers keep dialling the number they already know, and nothing is ported or switched off. See phone numbers and AI voice agents.
