Replace [number] with the full number you want calls sent to, with its country code, for example +44 7700 900123. Dial the code like a phone number and press call. A confirmation message or tone means it worked.
Step by step
- Open your phone's dialler (the MeinMagenta divert toggle is for landline, not mobile)
- To forward all calls, enter **21*[number]# and press call
- For no answer enter **61*[number]#, for busy enter **67*[number]#
- Wait for the on-screen confirmation that the diversion is active
Ask Deutsche Telekom to do it
Call Telekom on 2202 (from a Telekom mobile) or 0800 330 1000 and ask to set 'Rufumleitung immer' to the number you want.
