Replace [number] with the full number you want calls sent to, with its country code, for example +44 7700 900123. Dial the code like a phone number and press call. A confirmation message or tone means it worked.
Step by step
- Open the Mein O2 app and sign in
- Go to Menü → 'Tarif & SIM' → 'SIM & Vertrag'
- Open 'Anruf- & Mailboxeinstellungen'
- Under Rufumleitung choose 'Immer', enter [number] and save

Call o2 on 55222 (from an o2 mobile) or 0800 123 77 00 and ask to activate Rufumleitung to the number you want.
