- Log in to the Mi Movistar app or web Área Cliente
- Select your mobile line, then open 'Gestionar mi línea móvil'
- Open 'Desvío de llamadas' and choose 'Siempre' (unconditional)
- Enter [number] and activate (or dial **21*[number]# from the keypad)
