- Open the Mi Vodafone app and select your line
- Go to 'Mi tarifa' → 'Ajustes de línea' → 'Opciones de llamada'
- Open 'Desvíos de llamada' → 'Gestiona tus desvíos'
- Set the unconditional divert to [number] and confirm (or dial **21*[number]#)
