Replace [number] with the full number you want calls sent to, with its country code, for example +44 7700 900123. Dial the code like a phone number and press call. A confirmation message or tone means it worked.

- Optus manages mobile diversion from the handset — open your phone's keypad
- Enter **21*[number]# and press Call
- Wait for the network confirmation that diversion is active
- To cancel later, dial ##21#
