Upfirst’s published monthly plans start at $24.95 for 30 calls. Compare the allowance and additional-call rate together: a larger starting subscription can cost less for the same workload once extra calls are included.

Published monthly plan snapshot

The official pricing page and pricing FAQ checked for this guide list the following monthly amounts and call allowances. Confirm the current billing terms directly, including how calls are classified.

Premium$59.9590$1.00
Pro$159.95300$0.75

A worked example at 80 billable calls

Assume 80 billable calls in one monthly period and no other charges. Starter would be $24.95 plus 50 additional calls at $1.50, totalling $99.95. Premium would remain $59.95 because the assumed workload fits inside its 90-call allowance.

This example illustrates the published monthly arithmetic, not an invoice or a recommendation for every business. Confirm the applicable counting rules, other services and commitment before selecting a plan. The cheaper starting amount is not enough to identify the cheaper total.

Use billable calls rather than every phone-log entry

The pricing FAQ says spam and calls under 15 seconds are excluded from the monthly limit. Apply the current definitions to a representative report of your own workload. Ask how a repeat caller, failed transfer or reconnection appears in usage if those cases matter to your business.

Estimate the share of calls you plan to forward. An overflow service, an after-hours service and all-day reception can create different volumes. Keep distinct callers, total calls and total minutes separate when comparing providers that charge using different units.

Check annual accounting independently

The FAQ describes annual plans as a bucket of calls available across the year. That is a different accounting shape from simply multiplying a monthly overage example by twelve. Confirm the current annual allowance, payment, renewal and additional-usage treatment in writing.

Model seasonality using your own busiest and quietest periods. An annual average can conceal a concentrated workload or a changing requirement. Keep the cash commitment visible alongside any monthly equivalent so you know both the operating estimate and the amount due.

Match the quote to the workflow

Write down the questions the agent should answer, the information it should collect and the action it should finish. Specify whether you need a saved appointment, a booking link, a staff transfer or an assigned callback. Treat these outcomes separately during evaluation.

Test a normal enquiry and an unavailable appointment using fictional contact details. Inspect the real calendar or task after the conversation. If staff must approve the time or finish the request, include that work in the cost comparison rather than counting every conversation as a completed booking.

Include maintenance and handoff work

Have someone who did not build the agent review an unanswered-transfer result. They should know who called, what they wanted and who owns the next action. Test a correction to business information and confirm who can maintain the agent after launch.

Record staff correction time, incomplete tasks and valid completed requests alongside the bill. More answered calls can be valuable without automatically creating more customers. Use comparable enquiry categories when assessing the effect of the service.

Compare the same enquiry journey with Sysevo

Review Sysevo voice agents, CRM and current plans. Bring your workload and required outcome to a demonstration. Ask for the resulting booking or handoff record and a written scope, so both proposals price the same work.

Questions buyers ask

Can a higher monthly plan be cheaper overall?

Yes, depending on use. Apply the actual included allowance and additional-call rate to the same billable workload before comparing totals.

Should an annual plan be modelled as twelve monthly bills?

Do not assume that. The current FAQ describes an annual call bucket; confirm the exact allowance, timing and additional-usage rules separately.

What should accompany the pricing calculation?

A demonstrated business outcome, a clear implementation scope and the staff time needed to review or complete partial requests.
