Common questions
Is Sysevo cheaper than Vapi?
Vapi's headline rate — $0.05/min plus $0.005 per message and $10/line — looks cheap next to Sysevo's $0.10–0.14/min PAYG rate, until you count what it doesn't include. Vapi is raw infrastructure: you still build, host and pay separately for the CRM, the analysis, and the automation that runs after the call. Sysevo's rate already has all of that built in. For a business that would otherwise stitch a voice API to a CRM to an analytics tool, the per-minute number alone isn't the real comparison.
Does Vapi include a built-in CRM?
