On the licence, yes, and not by a little. $97 a month buys the CRM, funnels, calendars, payments and automation, with unlimited users and contacts, and phone, SMS, email and AI usage billed on top at rates published separately from the pricing page. If you have the time and skill to build and maintain it, HighLevel is very hard to beat on cost. What you are buying from Sysevo is the part HighLevel leaves to you: we design the agents, write the conversations, connect the telephony and set up the workflows before they ever speak to a customer. Does Sysevo have websites, funnels and email marketing like GoHighLevel?

Yes. Sysevo includes a website builder, landing pages and funnels, email and SMS campaigns, automated multi-channel sequences, social scheduling, Meta Ads reporting with budget controls, and review requests; an ads campaign builder is in progress. Marketing is where the two overlap most. The difference is how far each reaches beyond it: Sysevo also runs bookkeeping, contracts, projects and a help desk, which HighLevel’s public pages do not describe; staff rotas and field work are in progress.

Which one handles finance and operations?

HighLevel’s public pages cover getting paid: invoicing, estimates, Text-2-Pay, Tap-2-Pay, gift cards and loyalty. Sysevo covers that and the books behind it: a ledger with payment-provider reconciliation, expenses, budgets, forecasting, tax codes and recurring billing, plus contracts and projects, with bank feeds, multi-currency and work orders in progress. If you would otherwise run an accounting package and a project tool next to your CRM, that is the gap to price.

Can I white-label and resell both?

Yes, and this is where the two are closest. HighLevel sells resale as SaaS Mode on Agency Pro at $497 a month, with rebilling at a markup, unlimited sub-accounts from the Unlimited tier, a branded client portal app at $49 a month per sub-account and a white-label mobile app as a $497 add-on. Sysevo offers a white-label portal and reseller controls, with sub-brands, a custom app domain and a branded mobile app in progress. With HighLevel you resell a platform your clients or team configure; with Sysevo you resell agents and workflows that arrive built.

Does GoHighLevel include voice AI?

Yes. Voice AI and Conversation AI are part of the core platform on every tier, with usage billed on top, and an AI Employee add-on costs $50 or $97 a month per sub-account. Get the per-minute and per-message rates in writing before you model the cost, because on a busy phone line usage, not licence, is the bill that matters. Sysevo builds voice agents around your workflow with caller memory, call analysis and follow-up actions, and adds Syra, an assistant your own team can ask questions of and act through.

Which is better for regulated or healthcare businesses?

HighLevel’s pricing page lists HIPAA compliance on its Enterprise plan. Sysevo does not currently offer a Business Associate Agreement and is not yet SOC 2 certified, as our security page sets out, so if you handle protected health information under HIPAA, talk to us before signing up. For UK and EU data protection, Sysevo offers UK and EU data residency.

Can I move from GoHighLevel to Sysevo?

Yes. Moving contacts, pipelines and calendars is part of our done-for-you setup, using our import wizard. Before you switch, export what HighLevel lets you take out (contacts, opportunities, conversation history) and list the funnels and automations you rely on, because those are rebuilt rather than imported. We map them with you during setup.
