Common questions

Does Zanus AI include a CRM?

No, and it says so plainly: Zanus asks you to keep your existing system of record and syncs contacts, deals and activity to it through native connectors. That is a real design choice rather than a gap, and it suits a business already committed to Salesforce or HubSpot. Sysevo takes the opposite position. The CRM is native, so a call becomes a contact, a note, a disposition and a follow-up without a sync step that can lag or fail. If you have no CRM yet, that difference decides it.

Is Sysevo or Zanus AI better for on-premises or air-gapped deployment?

Zanus, clearly. It runs the same system on its own hardware inside your building, air-gap capable, with permanent licences and no recurring fee. Sysevo is cloud only and has no on-premises option, so for a defence, government or clinical setting that cannot let call audio leave the site, Zanus answers a requirement we do not. If your constraint is UK or EU data residency rather than physical isolation, Sysevo meets that in the cloud.

Does Zanus AI run outbound calling campaigns?

Zanus's public pages describe answering inbound calls and do not state outbound campaign capability either way, so treat any third-party article that asserts it as unverified and ask Zanus directly. The questions worth putting in writing to any vendor here: can it pace a campaign, retry a no-answer, rotate caller ID across a number pool, and enforce calling hours per country. Sysevo does all four, and the last one matters most, because a campaign that dials outside the legal window is a compliance problem, not a feature gap.
